Compare the results of the initial session with the current ones (Caliper and Circunferences Measurements, Bioimpedance) analyze the results based on your goals, to know much we are getting closer, and how likely are we to achieve the long-term goal.
Adjustment of your plan according to the findings of the talk and the results obtained.
